    Excellence in how they approach their work for companies they do consuting for. Truly provide a return on investment for client in an industry that can be suspect

    Start up things change, litlle to no investment in tools to help you succeed, it's sink or swim

    Pros

    It's a place where you'll need to grow to survive.

    Cons

    Management has a poor respect for their employees. After having each of the inside sales people reach quotes for the first time ever I was instructed to fire two employees so that the staff would fear for their jobs and avoid complacency.

    Advice to Management

    Learn that respected and motivated employees will always outperform employee who fear for their jobs.

    Stuck in the past, not adapting to current marketplace. Poor communications with employees.
