I worked at Legacy Marketing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Strong, positive office culture that may be great for some but turn off others. It's distinctly frat and sorority-like, which is both fun but also at time unprofessional.

    Cons

Leadership has great resumes but flounders in the face of changing landscape of advertising and marketing. Seem unable to figure out how to move forward.

    Advice to Management

Hammer out a strategic plan and stick with it instead of dipping toes into various areas of growth only to never fully throw your weight behind any of it.

I worked at Legacy Marketing full-time

    Pros

They try to make morning meetings fun with music and "positive" atmosphere. It's all repetitive mumbo jumbo really.

    Cons

I think the worst part about working here is the false advertisement. They advertise online as Junior Marketing Manager (entry-level position), Event Specialist, etc. They tell you there is all this room for upwards mobility. They tell you the pay is fair for what you work. In the end the job ends up being purely sales, there's hardly upward mobility, and the pay is far from fair. On top of that they make you work long unconventional hours. They make you spend unpaid time "meeting" with other co-workers, which just ends up eating away at your personal life. In summary worst place to work at ever.

    Pros

Learned a lot here--everyone is hands-on so it's good to be able to get in the thick of what you're doing

    Cons

Things are sometimes disorganized with the communication.

    Advice to Management

Make sure meetings have a purpose--don't meet just to meet.

I worked at Legacy Marketing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -flexible schedule
    -travel perks
    -exciting events and opportunities
    -flexible expense account

    Cons

    -no career path or goals
    -unprofessional communication standards
    -inconsistent management
-large pay gaps between employees with the same experience

    Advice to Management

Create a way to retain great employees or loose them. Find consistent management to avoid creating confusion and irritation between account supervisors and field staff. Ongoing disapproval from PRUSA HQ on ways of working during the entire length of employment shows a problem.
