I worked at Legacy Marketing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-10 minute massages on Tuesday -Bar in office -Shortened summer hours on Fridays -I would only recommend legacy for interns and very entry level just to get some experience on your resume.

    Cons

if you loved highschool you'll love Legacy. -Lots of cliques -Very segregated by client -Even very clique within clients -They hire from the outside before even promoting employees who deserve it -VERY low pay for Chicago -you'll work past 5pm most nights and if you finish -depending on client, its looked down if you don't work through your lunch break -Even if you finish your work, your expected to stay late...

I worked at Legacy Marketing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fun, young environment. Interesting work, free bar in office with good liquor and beer on tap.

    Cons

Low pay, long hours, lack of upward mobility. Trade free after hour drinking for unpaid late hours of work.

    Advice to Management

Recruit from within instead of seeking outside people as quick fixes. Invest in the talent you have.

I worked at Legacy Marketing full-time for more than a year

          Pros

Strong, positive office culture that may be great for some but turn off others. It's distinctly frat and sorority-like, which is both fun but also at time unprofessional.

          Cons

Leadership has great resumes but flounders in the face of changing landscape of advertising and marketing. Seem unable to figure out how to move forward.

          Advice to Management

Hammer out a strategic plan and stick with it instead of dipping toes into various areas of growth only to never fully throw your weight behind any of it.

I worked at Legacy Marketing full-time

          Pros

They try to make morning meetings fun with music and "positive" atmosphere. It's all repetitive mumbo jumbo really.

          Cons

I think the worst part about working here is the false advertisement. They advertise online as Junior Marketing Manager (entry-level position), Event Specialist, etc. They tell you there is all this room for upwards mobility. They tell you the pay is fair for what you work. In the end the job ends up being purely sales, there's hardly upward mobility, and the pay is far from fair. On top of that they make you work long...
