I worked at Legacy Marketing full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Freedom to use the company card as a clutch for your developing drinking habits. Ability to brag via social media about your ongoing travel itinerary while making below average salary for 80+ hours a week headed towards a dead end for your career, liver, and sometimes personal life. The satisfaction of traveling more then your friends should help make up for the lack of career development, salary and care Legacy gives its employees.

HP laptop from 2001 with Windows Millennium installed.

Option to spend your holidays working instead of with family or friends.

Great support system provided through 3-4 conference calls a week at about an hour each . Very helpful in developing the skill set of using the mute button and introductions/goodbyes.

    Cons

They refused to expense bottled water on expense tabs during work events. Only drinking the spirit/brand you work on is acceptable. Would suggest management refresh their understanding of alcohol and it's side effects, including dehydration.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the high turnaround of employees and managers! Developing a relationship and working well with a team has never really been that successful in anything .

    1. Do you want to have fun and drink while pretentiously bragging that you are "working"? This job is for you

    2. Do you want to ever develop a career? This job is not for you

    3. Do you want to gain some weight and possibly some other possible health issues due to the demand of drinking on the job? This job is for you

    4. Do you want to feel accomplished in what you do? This job is not for you

I worked at Legacy Marketing part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fun events for employees, relaxed environment, great location, I like the set up of the office it's a very cool setting.

    Cons

Pay isn't good, managers are too knit picky over small things that don't matter instead should be focusing on other things that actually do matter. Good place to put on your resume but not good enough to stay long. There is a reason this company is way understaffed.

    Advice to Management

Don't pick favorites - it comes off very unprofessional, don't be so knit picky with every little thing, compensate better

I have been working at Legacy Marketing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Theres a bar at work, good list and variety of clients, helpful and caring HR department. The location of the River North office is easy to get to.

    Cons

Long and thankless hours, teams are constructed with little ability to advance. Because of this, there's an extremely high turnover rate and the work will fell on other people, but people will be hired from the outside.

I worked at Legacy Marketing part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay was good and timely; We were also given a lot of freedom, meaning there was little supervision

    Cons

Very little communication from higher ups. There was also always a cloud of confusion and events would be canceled last minute, leaving us with no work.

    Advice to Management

Work on communication and team-building, especially for people who don't have a regional manager who lives in the same city.

Great Management! Great pay, full benefits. Great boss that asks for your input and the company makes you feel valued.

    Cons

other than it is a seasonal job, none.

    Advice to Management

Possibly to create a full-time position and extend duties during times when programs do not occur. Otherwise, you are great and I really have no complaints about this company!

    Pros

Open bar, big name clients, a lot of experience for young professionals.

    Cons

    - Zero work life balance. Expect 50-60 hour weeks every week.
    - Working on the weekends is typical.
    - Extremely low pay for the amount of work.
    - All of their incentives revolve around alcohol and happy hours.
    - All talk and zero actions about taking care of their employees
