    In my 8 years at Legacy I have been given opportunity to grow and have been fully supported by a Company where doing the right thing with integrity is greatly valued and encouraged. I have always been empowered to make the best decision for my community and am proud to represent Legacy in all things.

    1) one of the top developer/property manager on the west coast. 2) great leaders at the helm 3) many opportunities for employees to grow, learn and succeed

    Great team members & employee activities.

    Leadership, health benefits, in adequate communication, no over site, inadequate training, no real opportunities for advancement

    Advice to Management

    There needs to be more over site over upper management. There is virtually no support, little communication and zero concern for the well being of employees. The culture is inconsistent with it's objectives. Upper management says one thing but demonstrates the opposite. Implementation of other initiatives to garner employee feedback more often should be considered. Reliance on the employees to go to HR to report issues is not enough. Engagement is key to maintaining loyal employees. Great employees are being overlooked, under valued and/or over worked.

    I worked at Legacy Partners full-time

    Pros

    They don't pretend to care about welfare of employees

    Cons

    Low pay; little to no pay increases. In three years I've only gotten $.25 cent increase.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees better. Give regular reviews and at least standard of living increase

    Pros

    Good company to get your foot in the door in the leasing/apartment industry. Great open door environment. Good vacation and pto time

    Cons

    High insurance. Not much room for growth unless you move out of state.

    Pros

    Friendly colleagues, with some in upper management, the people here are very hard working.

    Cons

    It's a very unstable firm that caters 100% more to brokers and clients with very little regard to their employees (who practically slave themselves). The benefits aren't very good, pay is below market unless you're upper management. Upper management get RIDICULOUS perks, which is very insulting (trips, bonuses, retreats..,)

    Treat your employees better
