    I love working with Legacy Partners I really feel all my hard has paid off and all my skills are being used and tested everyday. Great team members at all sites a real team.

    You have to love to work hard and want to be superior in everything.

    Pros

    Legacy Partners has a great team atmosphere. Extra effort is always praised. Teams are developed through training and encouragement, never threats. An on-line Help Desk is available for any questions or IT support. In addition, they truly care about the customer service given to their residents. It's very refreshing!

    Cons

    I wish we weren't the only St Louis community.

    Pros

    Great team members & employee activities.

    Cons

    Leadership, health benefits, in adequate communication, no over site, inadequate training, no real opportunities for advancement

    Advice to Management

    There needs to be more over site over upper management. There is virtually no support, little communication and zero concern for the well being of employees. The culture is inconsistent with it's objectives. Upper management says one thing but demonstrates the opposite. Implementation of other initiatives to garner employee feedback more often should be considered. Reliance on the employees to go to HR to report issues is not enough. Engagement is key to maintaining loyal employees. Great employees are being overlooked, under valued and/or over worked.

    Pros

    Great team, nice properties, decent pay, good work/life balance, relatable management.

    Cons

    From what I have seen they tend to work their employees bone dry and most leave.

    Advice to Management

    Give team members what they need. Seven properties for one person to handle is to many. Upgrade to better technologies.
