I have been working at Legacy Partners full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Very much about making it easy for office staff to please residents
    -Upper management is accessible
    -Unique properties
    -Building and Managing properties
    -Good pay

    Cons

-Lack of training, no time to train new employees or inform them of new policies/procedures.
-Benefits: the medical coverage is not very good.

    Advice to Management

I would definitely recommend a training schedule for new employees. There's no time for new hires to even read through Grace Hill, and it's way to long. Also, benefits are terrible. I pray that I don't get sick because I wouldn't be able to afford a trip to urgent care.

I have been working at Legacy Partners full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Legacy is a great place to work. There aren't many companies out there these days that still allow a great work/life balance and Legacy is one of them. All upper management is very approachable and they truly care about their employees.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

  3. "Definitely Not For the Employees"

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Friendly colleagues, with some in upper management, the people here are very hard working.

    Cons

It's a very unstable firm that caters 100% more to brokers and clients with very little regard to their employees (who practically slave themselves). The benefits aren't very good, pay is below market unless you're upper management. Upper management get RIDICULOUS perks, which is very insulting (trips, bonuses, retreats..,)

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better

I have been working at Legacy Partners full-time

    Pros

Good for people looking for dead jobs
    Coworkers are friendly
    Friendly upper management
Relax environment (depending on the job)
Stable working environment (only in the certain departments)
    Good work life balance

    Cons

Bad for people looking for career advancement and wanting to learn something new.
Work is not distributed equally (some workers spend hours chatting in the break room, some work for hours and still not done with work)
No overtime unless management approved (Budget your time wisely)

    Advice to Management

They are friendly. I have no complaints.
