    Pros

    Good pay, pretty good hours, you get discounts on the stay for being an employee, you get Vacation time after a year.

    Cons

    Management sucks. They do nothing to improve issues they just give things away instead of fixing any issues with the guest. Usually the bad employees get promotions while the good ones quit.

    Advice to Management

    Better management that can actually solve problems.

    Pros

    Being a small resort, you get to know each other very well and form some rewarding relationships with co-workers and guests.

    Cons

    Lack of upward mobility will stiffle your career here.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in your employees with more perks, incentives, recognition, and pay. It is cheaper to reward current loyal employees rather than just subscribe to the hire and fire mentality that is so prevalent here. The turnover factor is costing you more in the long run.

    Pros

    I have had the greatest boss and opportunities since working in the Human Resources department. It's great to be able to work with such dedicated people.

    Cons

    Getting the word out about how great of a company this is. Maybe some professional online, mefia, or radio advertisements. People need to know who we are.

    Advice to Management

    Spend some significant money advertising.

    Promoted 3 times within 2 years. Great supervisors and managers.

    Cons

    Negative team players. Smaller company. Sometimes the standards of a few supervisors were questionable.

    I worked at Legacy Vacation Club full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    No pros, although I was led to believe that schedules were to be rotated, when they were clearly not.

    Cons

    No training pretty much, 'let go' because they needed someone with 'more timeshare experience' doesn't seem like a legit reason.

    Advice to Management

    Train people accordingly to their position. No way to know how to do any job in just a few weeks.

    Pros

    Absolutely NONE! I have nothing good to say about them.

    Cons

    I spent six or seven years with this company. I moved several times throughout my time with them, only to be set up and terminated after Celebrity Resorts filed for Bankruptcy and created Legacy Vacation Club. Jared Meyers never had the courtesy to return my calls or emails after I gave so much for that company.

    great place to work and very nice place and most of associates

    Cons

    working will associates that use someone elses social security number ..2 sister using each others documentation papers ..passport ..etc

    Advice to Management

    dig further one people over here and if they are legal fine if not call authories to pick them up...

    Pros

    I cant say anything good about working for Legacy NOTHING AT ALL!!!

    Cons

    I was a model employee never late worked all the overtime possible and was the top producer every month for two years, however my supervisor had a real problem telling the truth.

    Advice to Management

    Get a real grip on your collections department you have a manager who will lie about anything to save her job I was terminated for following a DIRECT order. the rules apply to all employees and should not change for an individual. Tony PAY ATTENTION!!!!

    Pros

    Fellow Employees are great, nice, friendly, and helpful.

    Cons

    Upper Management not very nice. Degrading regular employees, they look down on them and are unorganized.

    Advice to Management

    We are all in this together, keep your employees happy, after all, you count on them to keep your guests happy. Get off your high horse, take care of your employees out on the front lines, instead of looking/talking down to them.
