The MIT program is excellent. You get to visit Boston for 5 weeks. The airport locations have the best hours and they pay very well! All guest issues go straight to corporate and they handle it all.
Unless you work in the MA stores, where LSF originated, there is not much support from corporate. I was sold that LSF was a family cultured company, and managers were taken care of. This was not the case at all. There was not a lot of teamwork between the managers and they didn't show support for one another. I witnessed this in several stores. A lot of superficial and disrespectful managers.
Advice to Management
Communicate better and be more involved in making a team of managers supportive of each other. Find a way to make the dynamic of different personalities work whether it be moving managers around to different stores. Find the strengths and weaknesses of each manager to make a better working environment.
