I worked at Legal Sea Foods full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free rolls and chowder for all employees

    Cons

The management was scattered. They never seemed unified, so employees could ask different manages and get different answers. This was very confusing. Furthermore, the restaurant was always over staffed. On a dead day (this summer all days except Saturday, Sunday, and Friday night) you don't need 3 or 4 hosts for an empty restaurant.

I worked at Legal Sea Foods full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great food. That's about it

    Cons

Hours were sparatic. Barely 2 weeks with the same hours. Physical. Emotional. And mental harassment from other employees at the time and even from the bosses that were there. They discriminated against me and my abilities. Completely unprofessional workplace.

    Advice to Management

Teach your managers how to not be sexually harassing. Have them go through training on understanding and the rights and wrong of a work force. Have professional workers.

I worked at Legal Sea Foods part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fun, fast paced work environment. Everyone that I worked with from top to bottom was great. Plus the free chowder is key.

    Cons

I can't think of any real downsides to working for them. They can get on your case for little things, but nothing that any other job wouldn't do.

    Advice to Management

Keep making great food and treating employees well.
