    Head of HR smart, thoughtful, and truly cares about LM and associates
    Beautiful office
    Leaders walk the talk with investing in community and affinity groups

    Must be a team player to thrive here so if only playing for the name on the back of the jersey vs front you won't do well

    Great managers and processes in place. Great place to work and lots of fun even with the changes. Great cafeteria on site.

    Downsizing of the Red Run Office . Traffic and commute to go back and forth between offices.

    Keep it up. Its a great culture and a fabulous place to work. Good people doing good work.

    Work life balance and lots of flexibility

    Depends on your area but the firm is really growing and expanding. Left to be relocated so nothing to say negatively about the firm.

    Team-based culture, attentive managers, flexible work atmosphere, training and development opportunities. Management is willing to buildup employees and their skillset. Interns are treated as essential team members and have a direct impact on team projects and assignments.

    Cons

    Although there are opportunities for promotion and lateral movement, the promotion timeline is slow.
