    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Leisure Fitness full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Leisure Fitness is an excellent place to work because of the open communication throughout the organization. I would consider it to be a flat organization, with a high level of respect among the employees, and excellent processes which leverage the company for growth.

    Cons

Currently there are locations on the east coast, DE, MD, VA, PA, NJ, and NY.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Leisure Fitness full-time

    Pros

    Nothing is good about them.

    Cons

Worst company to work for. They don't pay well, other reps steal your sales, you're alone most of the day. It's very boring.

  3. "Leisure Fitness a great starter but that's it."

    Pros

Good place to start out in the fitness industry, pay is well for what you do,

    Cons

Management is completely horrible, they don't have a clue about sales and how to treat their people.

    Advice to Management

Train them, they have no prior management expeiance in the industry. They need to get onto the ground floor and see what sales is all about.
