This is based on my own opinion when working in the office for 3 months internship...read the reviews and think carefully before applying for this job As 3d artist, you'd get: - lots of opportunities to enhance your skills (from looking how senior does) - chill colleagues who could help you. - big triple A title project exposure, such as darksouls, 2k19, Final Fantasy, even The Sims. As Overall, you'd get: - flexible working hours - Free food on pantry every friday (halal for muslim) - medical insurance coverage (limited) - decent working environment

Cons

This is why I put this company in a two star category: - Bad management as the other reviewer mentioned. - Some bad leaders and hr..You could get yelled at and criticized in your evaluation if you don't perform well. - Always OT if you couldn't finish on time.. - office space can be too cold and uncomfortable. also too much visitors coming and could interrupt your work. - Parking is NOT CHEAP there. Rm 11 per day (for long hour work). Sometimes the ticket machine broke and If you park outside it would be risky to get clamped (and pay rm50.) - I didn't dwelve on the politics there but I heard that it's quite dirty. - Lift can be crowded as there too many people going down. (the company is on 11th floor so you either have to endure long stairs or going through crowded elevator) - Majority are chinese..and they are all speaking in their own language which can be segregating to the other non-chinese speaker.

Good to learn and able to get into different project

They mainly focus on speed than quality. They sometimes will cut half of the man power to cut cost and makes alot of artist suffer

Pros

- Many good people and good artist that you can learn from, esp if you are freshly graduated - Comfortable Office Space - Some big projects from AAA companies (games or animation)

- Small increment - Management (project & HR wise) could be improved as sometimes you feel the project is poorly managed with insufficient important software licenses or tight deadline combined with tight deadlines and insufficient manpower in the team, which leads to poor work life balance -

Cons

misleading hiring pitch, I was mainly involved with donkey work the large studios don't want to do themselves, they name drop all the large games studios and Games but you end you texturing rocks and street signs and up-scaling someone else textures for a year.

Pros

- Multicultural - Decent projects - Flexible lunch hour - Good people in the trenches - Work on many different teams - Good place to start for fresh graduates before heading elsewhere.

Cons

- Very poor management. Especially in terms of communication with employees. - Talents are lost due to pressure, low salary or simple bullying or bad decisions. - Out of touch upper management setting poor milestones - No clear direction, separate directors will tell you their separate visions, that contradict. - Signs of head-lock in some departments. - People become the Leads just because they are there for 10 years or so (despite never working anywhere else) and are then protected by management from any sort of criticism. - Bonus/appraisal system is a joke - rigged and biased to reward middle management and suck ups rather than the people that actually get the work done

Pros

reason to work in LS is because it has many AAA projects , also it is a big company and pretty sure you will find some friends here, this is a good place to start you career

Cons

very racist company, if you are not Chinese, all artists after get experience with LS try to run away from here, have big problem in management , foreigner supposed to be ready because Lemonsky try to squeeze you from your maximum work for minimum wages, company do not trust foreigners and do not support in anything, overtime is not paid
