Sometime projects received don't align with the job title (concept artist) Project management not so clear More often than not to work overtime (no compensation)

Very good team member, all help each other, they help me a lot too

You will see a lot of people always work overtime, but that because they cannot finish task on time, for me, i always go back on time, because i am proactive!!

Good teamwork vibe, everyone is so good to each other, leads are approachable and get go yumcha also after works before pandemic (now very susah which is understandable i guess)

Have to be able to multitasking, have to catch deadline which is normal for me lol, ask a lot questions if you are ‘slow’ so u can catch up the others

-friendly collegues, skillful seniors that give very good guide. -nice variety of projects

-project managers that prioritize big clients over artist, of course they know artist OT to midnights to rush for deadline, but they only praise your hardworking without concerning your mental and physical health. Same thing happens even you switch to new project. they are pretty much the same. Curse the so called "manday system", they quote limited time, and if artist ask for time increasing, they reply with client reject/budget restriction/your fault. - the company motto is fake, it is not "make good art", but "make fast art"(F.art)=.=

Pros

reason to work in LS is because it has many AAA projects , also it is a big company and pretty sure you will find some friends here, this is a good place to start you career

Cons

very racist company, if you are not Chinese, all artists after get experience with LS try to run away from here, have big problem in management , foreigner supposed to be ready because Lemonsky try to squeeze you from your maximum work for minimum wages, company do not trust foreigners and do not support in anything, overtime is not paid

Good projects, amazing and diverse colleagues. If you're truly good, it's very easy to stand out among your peers and be involved in multiple AAA projects at the same time.

Cons

Some seniors tend to speak in Chinese during meetings, HR can be too uptight about paperwork, and career progression/opportunities can be quite slow.
