- Awesome AAA projects to work in - Appreciate the leave balance encashment. - Referring to one of the reviews, I disagree. Supporting departments (HR,IT & Admin) were very helpful for my resignation process since I tendered my resignation. Everyone is very helpful.

Cons

Miscommunication among the team, my PM tends to confuse me. Not sure who should I refer to sometimes.

You will see a lot of people always work overtime, but that because they cannot finish task on time, for me, i always go back on time, because i am proactive!!

I have a great working environment, colleague and boss. They never let me go through everything alone, they always support me until I do the best. We also got great benefits as well. There is no culture that we can't go home early. Once we have finished our task, then we can go home which is a good work-life balance.

I need to remember each of the artist's name which is quite a lot but this is still interesting for me since it will help my memories to capture everything. :)

Pros

The artist here are so friendly and nice. They provide so many benefits like gym, free food and flexible hours for artists. Flexible hours is given to us but we have to complete 8 working hours per day. The learning curve here is great, the seniors are willing to teach me.

It's a distant to walk from the LRT.

from my side i think mgmt is good, there is always a space for you to discuss about your concern and if u have problem mgmt always find time to actually communicate and understand your problem.even if its personal problem.i can feel that there is no limitation of giving advise or opinion about what you feel while working here..sometimes people just facing their own problem without share it with the right person..and when thing get worst they blame others..as a worker, sometimes its good to know what others worker are doing as well, so can understand their nature of work and can help each other making work easier..communication is the key.

I couldn't ask for more. I still got my pay check early as in every 25th/26th or sometimes earlier ever since MCO started last year. I'm really blessed that the industry needs me. Some of the studios I know it's retrenching/restructuring. Being an artist, I got the chance to learn and work on high quality projects and working with bunch of good people around.

Cons

I can't expect people are perfect. Some wanted-to-be management people are not really suitable to be part of the management. Don't know why the management still keeping these people. While from the artist's perspective, some juniors struggled to look for help and rather not to speak out when they are allowed to. Maybe they can't find the right channel?

Pros

Good projects, amazing and diverse colleagues. If you're truly good, it's very easy to stand out among your peers and be involved in multiple AAA projects at the same time.

Cons

Some seniors tend to speak in Chinese during meetings, HR can be too uptight about paperwork, and career progression/opportunities can be quite slow.
