      The pay is decent, but management thinks that makes it perfectly fine to push employees past their limits and force them to meet impossible expectations without complaint.

      Cons

      Employees are treated like tireless working machines. Lemonlight couldn't care less about our well-being; they force us to work long hours, take on brutal workloads, and meet unrealistic deadlines with barely any rest.
