I have been working at Lend Lease full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This is the best company I've ever worked for. Interesting projects are given to you as an admin. Managers are flexible and actually care about you. Growth is encouraged and pay raises are regular. Between holidays, wellness days / incentives, PTO, fantastic benefits, and exceptional coworkers; I'd say there's no place else to work in the construction industry.

    Cons

Projects get chaotic when you're on tight schedules - if you don't have fantastic time management skills and the ability to switch gears at the drop of a hat this job is not for you. The hours can get long too as you are expected to complete objectives no matter what (the norm in this industry).

I have been working at Lend Lease as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Resources and opportunities are at your fingertips. If you want to advance your career and you speak out, opportunities will come to you.

    Cons

Not many office social events. There are seminars, occasional site tours, but not many social events sponsored by the company. They are moving towards this though.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving forward with the modern feel of the office. It's working!
