I have been working at Lendlease full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

definitely one of the more proactive organizations i've worked for re work life balance. I have young kids at home, and i am able to work remotely on days i need to be there. This allows for me to work more productively and not stress day to day. the people i work with are super intelligent too. I learn from my colleagues on a daily bases.

    Cons

not many.. although we're a large international organization, i feel they do well at sharing best practices across the globe. i am hopeful that we'll be able to work closer together in the future.
