    Lennox is a very diverse company and has lots of staying power if you are willing to do the work. In corporate, this is a good work life balance and room for advancement.

    Cons

    Insurance premiums are too high.

    Listen to more to 'frontline' workers and not just upper management.

    Commute be an issue if you leave far, since the locations is in the heart of the city

    passive/aggressive management, lack of following thru on process improvment.

    Be more eager to implement change, rather then just inquire on what the issues are. Take a vested interest in improving the dept and spreading work loads across the board.
