    I worked at Lenny's Sub Shop part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It is a great great environment and love the atmosphere there. If it wouldn't close down I think I would be still there.

    Cons

    It not much con's about the business I can say besides not having enough employees in the business and cleaning product

    Polite, trust worthy, and understanding

    Pros

    Flexible if you have kids.

    Cons

    Low low low pay.
    Owners have no knowledge of the business.
    The company does not care how employees are treated my owners.
    The company is disorganized.
    They managers are treated proorly.
    Getting a raise is extremely hard.
    Stressful
    Small monthly bouses

    Advice to Management

    This company needs to get their owners in check if they don't Lenny's as a while will never make the money they thrive to make.

    Terrible Assistant mgr. he needed a LOT more experience and manners.

    Fun, fast paced, customer service oriented, easy, attracts employees with above average standards for restaurant procedures

    Cons

    Job becomes harder when mismanaged, must be able to master multitasking, a lot of work for not a lot of pay

    The store needs a general manager. without one, the store struggles to succeed.

    50% off Lenny's great sandwiches.
    Lots of great opportunities.

    Cons

    There are very few hours to split between everyone.
    minimum wage pay due to being independently owned.
    People can be very mean about their sandwiches.
