    Pros

Very exciting technical environment with plenty of opportunity to bring creative new ideas to life. Strong desire to manufacture locally, at least initially.

    Cons

Limited financial resources after eight years development phase. Some of the good ideas and developments cannot be realized because of this.

    Advice to Management

Keep going but push for manufacturable solutions - in the lighting are and in the optical area. LensVector lenses are continuing to be the state of the art solid state lens solution for autofocus in microcameras.
