Pros
Company with incredible, prestigious history looking to reassert itself in a constantly changing marketplace. Kind people passionate about the work they do. Really outstanding benefits (Blue Cross, plenty of vacation time, flex time/ability to work from home). Nice environment and freebies - coffee/espresso, snacks, beer. Many opportunities for mentoring. Learned a lot.
Cons
Long hours. Difficult to advance in some roles. Some politics here and there depending on the group. Lots of changes in the last few years both in leadership and overall culture. Still seem to be sorting out the direction they want to go, but a lot of that is due to parent Publicis Groupe's demands. Newly designed floors with open office design are a pain, you only get a little locker.
Advice to Management
Continue to be as transparent as possible with employees - town halls are good. Keep communication open. Power of One and Publicis' hold are going to take away what makes Leo special. Sometimes difficult to tell if new management cares about that or not.
