    Pros

    No pros. But it's fact.

    Cons

    There are lot of things to tell.
    1.No transparency in appraisals. They intentionally give appraisals late & forgot about difference amount.
    2.There is no employee friendly policies . nothing for employees.
    3. Every time make false promises with employees even those are given in written.
    4.Policies are not common for all.
    5.Management is very poor.
    6.No appreciation to employees after good work.
    7.You can not predict when you will get your notice period sallery after exit from company.
    8 . less sallery, more work, more pressure.

    Advice to Management

    Need to improve a lot.
    Please take care at least only basic needs of employees . Employees are great asset of company use it properly. Company will grow if they are happy.

    I worked at Leo TechnoSoft full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    About CEO:
    • This company is very worst company. Company CEO Satyen Jain is very cheater which is choosing their employees very badly.
    • He is every time rooming here and there in the company. He always kept watch on the employee.
    • If you are doing some other work except project then he comes at you and says any silly thing to you.
    • Once appraisal comes he cuts the employee’s salary without any reason saying according to new company policy.
    • He quarreling for 10 rs also so how kinds of mind of CEO.
    About Company Policy:
    • You have to work 9 hours in the company.
    • You are not allowed to go outside the office like school. if you go then you have to work extra hours .
    • After a lunch, you are have to start work again. If you wants to go outside the office then you have do extra time work.
    • So before entering the company, you should have ready to stay 9 hrs in the 4 wall of company.
    • He is changing their company policy without any mail to employees.
    • The employees getting know when their salary get cut. Then you need to take follow up about salary cutting down

    Cons

    For Fresher:
    • He only hires the fresher as saying internship and pays only 2000rs per month for 3 months.
    • After complete 3 month, then he says your performance is very poor, not upto the mark(even manager given good performance report). Then again you have to work 3 month in 2000rs.
    • He is like a Rajnikant. Whatever comes in his mind, he do that.
    • So you don’t think after complete internship, you will get good salary.
    • Then you are wasting your career. This is happened with me.
    For Experienced:
    • No one experienced people can stay more than 1 year.
    • Because they have to work on any project within a month. You need to handle 2 to 3 project and if you not finished your given task then your appraisal will get extend.
    • So Don’t join this company.
    • In this company only 10 % employees are experienced. 80 % are fresher and 20% employees are internship.
    • Everytime in this company having some kinds of opening because no one can stay here.
    • No job security for fresher as well as experienced. If company don’t need, they says any reason and terminate you. This happened in this company.
    ABOUT Manager:
    In this company only 3 peoples are manager and they never supports to employees.
    If employees are facing any problem, they never solve. They say we don’t have any rights.
    Once appraisal comes, they directly say this is not in my hand.

    Advice to Management

    • Don’t fool to employees. Making fool to client means that you can do with employees as well.
    • Employees have many rights if you don’t know. They can do anything.
    • Company is working on employess if they feel anything then this company gone!!!

    Pros

    -1.for fresher gives 2000 salary
    -2 . At join time Hr say u, U will give 15000 after 3 month buts is not fact , Not gives 15000 k and do job on 2000 forever and after 7- 8 month that employee fired
     -Worst company to work for
    -no future, no project, high class firing, and super worst managers

    Cons

    No security Job
    --tester less company
    --- Manager don't know project management. All documents done by developer
    -- Managers like British police . He ask developer project done or not

    Pros

    1. If you want to do hard work in less salary then it is for you.
    2. You will learn how to handle project on your own.
    3. You will learn lots of things in less time because here if you give time estimate 2 hours for certain thing then they will give you 1 or half an hour, then you have to learn fast and do it.
    4. You will learn how to handle emergency situations.

    Cons

    1. No managment.
    2. No project planning.
    3. Short Deadlines.
    4. Two increment cycles January and August. So they will hire you after January or August, so you will not get increment after a year when you join.
    5. No performance calculation technology used.
    6. CEO ( Satyen Jain) is very cost cutting and money saving person I saw in my life, he purchase Second handed products from olx or other sites.
    7. HR is just for deciding your salary, checking your punch in and punch out, and sending birthday email.
    8. One year of bond and two months of notice period, so whenever you resign you have to pay 2 month salary if you want immediate resign or serve notice period.
    9. In between bond you can't resign.
    10. You have to switch project as per the client requirements.
    11. No motivation for employee.
    12. They plan trip and title it as Unofficial trip, take trip money from employee and post images on there fb account.
    13. They can tell you to leave anytime. So for this no policy.
    14. No maternity leave, if you want then take as unpaid leave.
    15. Many times you have to work on Saturday.
    16. In Toilet no door lock since last 8 months.
    17. Except two Project Managers all are not non technical, they just have good communication skills to ask client what to do.
    18. Every time client will change requirements.
    19. Only one tester in hole company, and he is not from testing profile. He will just do manual testing if and only if CEO or project manager tell him.
    20. They don't follow any coding standard, they just have to deliver the project.
    21. Internet speed is very slow, you will get much better speed on your 3g or home wifi than in office, because of cost cutting habit of CEO.
    22. All social media sites, news sites, video sites, mp3 sites, games sites, etc are blocked by firewall.
    23. 100+ employees and only 40-50 parking they have purchased, so each month you have to create pass of 180 rupees and park outside. And when you park your vehicle outside they you will see how many scratches will done in 1 day only, because each and every time outside parking also full.
    24. Don't expect that they will celebrate your birthday even, employees arrange the money and celebrate birthday.

    So, I request you to please read my review once again before joining.

    Advice to Management

    They will not get change, because CEO will not get change.

    Pros

    They have multiple porject, you will never be on bench. You will learn more. Every employee will treat you very friendly & also open to help.

    Cons

    Before to start to work on Project for New Employee, need to give proper training and basic understanding about the project.

    Pros

    If you like to learn more, independently as well as with the company of your colleagues and get some good experience, nice projects then join Leo TechnoSoft.

    Flexible timings, which you will get nowhere.

    Cons

    Transport Facility should be there.

    Pros

    Team members are awesome. It is like a small family.

    Cons

    It I write cons then glassdoor will have increase their character limit upto 10 times. In just one line, they cheat from both employees and clients. If it was possible then I would have given star rating in minus.

    Advice to Management

    Just throw the policies outside the Pune and think atleast once before making them.
