    I worked at Leola Marketing

    Pros

The people who work there are interesting and friendly.

    Cons

DS-Max style funnel scheme, 12 hour days, commission-only, selling cheap makeup on the streets with the "promise" that one day you'll become one of the "leaders." Twisted my ankle on the job and was expected to walk on it all the next day.

    Advice to Management

Do something else. Stop conning college graduates into thinking this is a real job.
