    Pros

Work is interesting, but that's by the nature of the industry

    Cons

In-country HR was the worst i'd ever seen, and an embarrassment to be associated with. U.S. based management was disconnected, and took far too long to rectify issues.

I worked at Leonie Industries full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Coworkers were good people. It's a smaller company than expected which gives greater opportunities for building relationships. Not much else though.

    Cons

Upper management, from the top, can be difficult to deal with. The starting salaries are not very competitive which makes talent acquisition hard.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees and pay them what they are worth.

Although always meaning well, sometimes the HQ is not as responsive as one would like

Abide by the 24 hour rule on responsiveness

Full of agile and hard working employees. Leadership is kind and doesn't constantly look over your shoulder. All of the employees/interns were diligent and compensated fairly. The culture was pleasant and lively.

    I enjoyed my time here.

I worked at Leonie Industries full-time

    Pros

The mission is beneficial to our efforts too bad the company is incompetent and clueless as to its importance.

    Cons

Worst company I ever worked for. Leadership from President, VP to the field is corrupt and incompetent. Leadership culture is about bullying. If you are strong and stand up for your self you will be fired. Treat employees like crap. Field leadership is power hungry, sexist, racist, back-stabbing, paranoid and incompetent.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue. Get out of the business you are hurting Government efforts. You should be discredited.or hire people and provide the support they need to accomplish the mission.

I worked at Leonie Industries full-time

    Pros

With the contracting there are opportunities to advance I can;t speak about the actual corporate opportunities.

    Cons

Contracting-wise, it is what it is. Management can be inconsistent. Turnover is high in the field. Money isn't what it was nor are working conditions. Recruiters can only tell you so much. Someone mentioned the dress code, but it is a business casual atmosphere, so khakis and collared shirt is in the dress code. You don't get fired for nothing. The client is always right unless it affects the whole contract. Again, this is field and not home office, but the company is looking out for the company first. If you work for them it usually means you don't have any other options.

    Pros

    Easy corporate style

    simple hiring process

    Cons

they need to up the game in terms of talent acquisition

a little stingy on pay for down range jobs

    Advice to Management

Employ higher standards in selecting project managers and business strategy
