The partners truly care about the future of the firm. They are very approachable and are willing to invest to make the firm the best it can be. Everyone is paid fairly well and employees that work hard are rewarded well with a very relaxed work atmosphere, flexible work schedules and plenty of paid time off.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz full-time
Pros
This is probably the most respected Intellectual Property practice firm in New Jersey. If you want to learn the field, this is the place to be.
Cons
Recent restructuring efforts have been spearheaded by a non-management professional and resulted in a trade-off of experienced and talented staff members for entry level individuals. This has resulted in creating a different corporate culture.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI worked at Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz full-time for more than a year
Pros
Professionals were very knowledgeable and capable and support staff excellent.
Cons
They had enough superstructure and rules for a firm twice the size, and often it interfered with the ability to work effectively. Nearly half the professionals were "partners", but only a handful has real control.
