    High turnover of staff, unique approach in moving product specialists to positions that are unrelated to their experience. Generally chaos in the management of human resources.

    Good mood and excellent co workers ...good benefits for being in a retailer b2c company with a long shifts

    Cons

    Long hours ; lack of truly human side ...just sales and good numbers care ....if your boss want to growth she will be grow over laid off people ....

    They practice a very illegal situation...if you leave or being laid off ;your Cv will not be consider at any other company at Adeo Group as Bricomart ...Aki ....Al campo ....

    Advice to Management

    Try not to block the people to growth ... If someone leave the company you might give references ....no block the people behind you.....
