Leuphana University is located in a small town of Lüneburg (south of Hamburg) and provides a very unique atmosphere for researchers. Being a small university, everyone is well connected to other faculties which I liked the most.

I really like this university work culture and have nothing specific that can be improved other than providing key information in English time to time.
