  1. "I enjoyed working at Levantina USA as a showroom sales consultant because I received appreciation from homeowners with hand selection of their stone countertops."

    Pros

Worked with interior designers, architects, builders, installers & homeowners with the selection of natural stone for countertops, floors, walls, showers & tub surrounds.

    Cons

I felt that my compensation should have included a commission, not just a low salary. The commission went to outside sales who often times knew nothing about the project at all.

    Advice to Management

Partial commission should always be paid to inside sales consultants, not just a low paying salary..
