I worked at Level 10 Construction full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Money. Honestly this the only positive thing about this company.

    Cons

This company is the most negative place to work. They have the meanest employees and they refuse to help you. The training is hostile and rushed. You get ridiculed and talked down to for making tiny mistakes.

    Advice to Management

Create a more positive and teamwork work environment for your employees. Hire nicer, more helpful people. Be more understanding and show some compassion.
