    Pros

    Compensation, Benefits, and generous PTO allocation. Major player in telecomm. Flexible with WFH, depending on the team you are on. You will get to work with some smart and talented people.

    Cons

    Negative company culture. Lack of information and training on processes. Old, glitchy internal systems. Multiple teams unwilling to help and general attitude of passing off work.

    Advice to Management

    Work to improve systems and process for sales so that ADs/ AMs can focus on what's important- selling! Streamline quoting!

    Pros

    Work with amazing dedicated people, some of the smartest I have ever worked with. Comp and Benefits pretty competitive for Denver area. Some of the Acquired talent brought great new ideas and approaches.

    Cons

    Not completing Integrations, some acquired leadership lost sight of the customer experience and only managed up.

    My manager was excellent & Level 3 has got a great network.

    Level 3 has never gotten it together internally. The CEO often has stated it's a "challenging operating environment".

    Great Network, Good benefits.

    Cons

    Lack of integration from all the past acquisitions. Attitude of people since the acquisition of TWT. Poor communication/direction of the Century Link acquisition.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of all the deadwood that has accumulated in the last two year. Too many people saying "not my job".
