I have been working at Levi Strauss for more than a year

    Pros

Retail discount, company values and community involvement.

    Cons

Bad leadership, unrealistic expectations and no work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Reassess team resources and assign workload properly. Occasional weekends of hard work is acceptable but not when the whole team is working nights and weekend. That’s not normal! Unrealistic expectations shows leadership team is out of touch.

I worked at Levi Strauss full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    The overtime money was good

    Cons

Terrible management. Short breaks unstable environment. Poor communications

    Advice to Management

Hire better warehouse managers that are people friendly, not ones that don't smile, or don't even walk the floor. Definitely need a better night time manager over the warehouse that knows how to speak to people and treat them right instead of having an attitude.

I worked at Levi Strauss full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Lots of good people, a real sense of being part of an iconic brand

    Cons

Too much political activism. Bot enough focus on blue jeans.

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking of yourselves as a 'fashion' company. I understand it's the designation but taking to seriously puts you n conflict with your customer base.
