    I worked at Levi9 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good atmosphere. No stress at work, projects can be interesting. Private health insurance.

    Cons

Salaries are low, especially if you come as a junior(when compared to other companies), no bonuses, no 13th salary. Laptops only for mediors/seniors. Developers are changing too fast, a lot of juniors come, when there are no many seniors.

    Advice to Management

You should respect more values of your employees and try to keep them longer.

    I worked at Levi9 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very organized, positive people, good environment, good benefits.
From technical aspect everybody's progress is tracked through time and everybody can learn if they want to and they need to for the projects sake as well.
For starting up I would say this is probably the best company (in my town at least) because people learn the most at that phase and here you will learn it all in a proper way with good practices in mind.
A lot of small companies and freelancer crews exist here now due to people who left Levi9

    Cons

The only cons I can think of are that projects are mostly older (older technology stack) and the thing that they they're based on model where there will be 75% new people constantly. When people reach 2-4 years in company they decide to move on and company isn't doing anything to stop it. People leave for two reasons only: salary and project(s). Salary is obvious one - they are less then average when you reach that point of few years in a company. Projects as I've said are older and sometimes rotation between projects can take too long or are not allowed so people leave instead.
One additional minor con is that departments are usually split and sometimes they are not communicating very well and are not in sync.

    Advice to Management

Raise salaries, don't push people to do what they do not wan't to work on and choose better projects when you have the opportunity to do so.

    Cons

Some people don't like open space, but it's something that most people get used to, and it's one of main reasons for such a good atmosphere in the office.
