I worked at Levolor full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The employees at this company are so talented and hard-working!!! Friendly co-worker to co-worker interactions Located in Sandy Springs If you are looking to rise in the ranks, opportunity is abundant but merit requirements are low

    Cons

Almost everyone in a middle management position was promoted out of need, rather than merit. The company operates consistently in reaction to the most recent issue/trouble/problem/crisis and cannot get a handle on their business. Upper management has solidified their positions, and if you do not play their game you will loose your job. Teams are consistently passing blame back and forth instead of working together towards a solution to benefit everyone

I worked at Levolor full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Nice size territory, company car

    Cons

Since merger company has overlooked the values of having employees. Focus more on the little things that did not add value and forget the bigger picture of the position and that is selling. Commission is a joke and varies to convenience of corporate.
