    Pros

Respectful & understanding managers, great pay, shift flexibility, tasty food, exciting environment to work in, typically looked forward to going to work. uniforms didn't look too bad either

    Cons

there really aren't many cons to be honest. i've worked for levy for about three years now and the only thing i have to complain about are union and uniform fees

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work.

I worked at Levy Restaurants (More than a year)

    Pros

Freedom to go in and get the job done... This was the main thing I liked, plus there was diversity in the clientele and always a fun environment. There is always room for growth with the company, I got my first promotion within a few months. There are always exciting opportunities with Levy! I worked NFL games, NBA games, college football, concerts, political events, banquets, and even got to tend bar at the Superbowl!

    Cons

I wish I could get a permanent job with the company instead of seasonal. I get great satisfaction leading teams for setup, then executing everything on game day! Its hard to juggle a job and work there. If I had a permanent position with the company, I never would have left!

    Advice to Management

I enjoyed working with everyone there. In the midst of huge managerial changes from one season to the next, transitions went smoothly even with anticipation of everything being out of control. I learned a lot working with the company, and took away something from everyone I worked with/ for.

    Pros

great training program for someone who is just entering the work force. Extremely friendly and accepting.

    Cons

hours varie depending on concerts. Also there is always a possibility that they will call you in earlier than planned on a busy day.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing. Its working out great!

I have been working at Levy Restaurants full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, lots of opportunity, energy, and excitement. You can take a chance and try something new and different and forge your own path.

The senior management is a small group that works well together so if you are interested in making a change to a different department, it can happen naturally through conversations with your boss and their peers.

    Cons

There are so many parties involved as support and resources that it can be difficult to make decisions and get a clear direction. You definitely have to be self motivated.

    Pros

They are completely professional. They treat their employees with respect. Everyone I've met in the company loves their job and their supervisors

    Cons

Levy Restaurants are located inside arenas so getting to work can be difficult when the traffic around the arena gets crazy.
