I worked at Lewis Energy Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

Solid petroleum company that likes to move people from a field job into the office, own all parts of their operations making costs low.

    Cons

I was supposed to start as a mudlogger for them a month ago and they pulled the offer a week before I was scheduled to start because they all of a sudden didn't have the money in their budget to hire me. Maybe they should've made sure they had enough money to hire someone before even taking any interviews. The company is full of a bunch of morons.

    Advice to Management

Don't pull someones offer that you've already accepted. Learn how to manage your budget. I know things are tight right now which is why you make sure you have enough money before you even think about hiring someone.
