    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Lewis-Palmer School District full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Some of the faculty are great to work with!

    Cons

It's a dead-end job. As with most schools, pay increases are non-existent or very small. Mine won't even cover the increase in costs for health insurance for the coming school year.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Lewis-Palmer School District full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you live in area it's a great commute to work. Children can be great to work with.

    Cons

Keep raising costs of medical benefits, raising hours required to keep them. Change the rules when it suits them. Management has favorites. School districts are excluded from abiding by a lot of laws regular companies have to comply with.

    Advice to Management

Be more honest with your employees. You ask for employee input and then ignore it and do what you wanted to do any way.
