    Pros

Worst place to work. Management has no clue. Company has been in the RED for three years and they are deep in debt. The CFO is cluless and stabs all in the back. Run from this place. Dont bother responding to any job adds.

    Cons

Upper level management doesnt care about you

    Advice to Management

    Be removed

I worked at Lex Products Corp. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Hard work may be recognized and possibly recognized in certain few cases,

    Cons

Over emphasis on "culture" and politics. Supervisors are encouraged to delegate work rather than help their subordinates regardless of workload.

    Advice to Management

Invest less in overpaid clerical/office positions so that you may build a more skilled manufacturing talent by offering better wages to them.

Generally, cool people employees, easy work, benefits, lots of overtime available.

    Cons

lots of overtime available, most of the management (HR especially), very disorganized, company doesn't value it's own "Values" that it advertises, shoddy and rushed work.

I have been working at Lex Products Corp. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A few years ago this company was located in Stamford and grew very fast. There was lots of room to grow at the time. It was fun and exciting all year round but you had to give 110% everyday or it could be your last.

    Cons

High turn over rate in all of the company. I once watched 22 people get laid off in one shot. Many free and open cubes.

    Advice to Management

You really didn't need to get another building.

I worked at Lex Products Corp. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work was easy and the pace was fast making for a short work day.
For the most part the people are pretty cool (workers not management).

    Cons

Constant turnover from people just up and quitting to management downsizing departments with zero notice. We were constantly getting shocked by layoffs that were occurring and they don't care what position you hold or how good you are at your job, everyone is disposable. Pay was terrible and the President is super cocky and thinks he is god's gift to the business world. Lots of empty promises made with no follow through. They expect you to work constantly and be available even on your own time for contact. They are always trying to create new ways to improve the company but don't quite know where to start or how to do it so they waste their money on silly methods. Lots of illegal employees in the warehouse. Worst place ever to work!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of your president, cut your losses and close up shop!

  9. "Not a good career move; too much personal emotion and hiring of family members and friends."

    StarStarStarStarStar
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Decent commissions in sales with no marketing

    Cons

"At Will" is looming 24 hours a day and used frequently.

    Advice to Management

Remove Founder, President, CEO and currently VP's and replace with real world experienced professionals

  10. "Repetitive and extremely boring alot of incompetence by people that don't know what they are doing."

I have been working at Lex Products Corp. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

easy work, some nice people, but for the most part a huge dissappointment

    Cons

too many minorities with bad trashy Bridgeport attitudes and convicts they hire non English speaking that you can't communicate with.Every work day is a mess.

    Advice to Management

show some respect to your workers because management couldn't do their own jobs if their lives depended on it. Alot of dead weight in management.
