    Pros

Benefits packages are great. Company culture is positive for the most part. Aggressive goal achievement intentions. Generally positive work environment.

    Cons

Aggressive goals come before employee satisfaction and support. Upper management not keyed in to realistic expectations from employees. Very top heavy - low morale for lower level employees.

    Advice to Management

Cultivate your employees and support a team and progressive environment - this goes a long way. Refrain from using competition as a motivational tool.

    Pros

Great training ground for early discovery work. Lots of talented people.

    Cons

Grew too big too fast. Previous CEO did not focus on a few select disease indications early enough. Very hierarchical. Great performance reviews did not translate into promotions.

    Advice to Management

Reward ALL employees for hard work with $$.
