Your work will help people who are experiencing the worst day of their lives. It can be frightening and stressful but knowing that you're helping people is a great feeling. It's a challenging, fast paced place to work. There's never a dull moment.
Cons
There can be a lot of stressful moments but you're not alone trying to handle it by yourself. There's always more workload than there is staff, so there's pressure to do more and pull more hours.

Pros
LFUCG is generous with the amount of time off.

The HR department has created the perfect environment to demotivate people into stereotypical city employees that do not care if the sun doesn't shine tomorrow. This package is complete with wages about 20 percent below market with no opportunity for advancement.
