I worked at Lexington Lansing Hotel full-time

    Pros

None - free meal (which isn't great)

    Cons

high manager turn over, inconsistent policies, low pay, unrealistic expectations

    Advice to Management

Get your act together! Managers constantly taking credit for the idea, work, success of the employees! Give your employees the credit they deserve! Maybe you would be able to keep managers for longer than 6 months if you gave them credit and didn't work them 70+ hrs per week.

I worked at Lexington Lansing Hotel full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The uniforms they provide are pretty snazzy.

    Cons

Low pay, idiotic tasks. I worked as a night auditor, and even though there was an actual finance department I spent a good hour and a half to two hours going through receipts, adding them up and then scanning and photocopying them to distribute to all other departments. Waste of time and waste of paper. They have the sketchiest timeclock I have ever seen. Due to how they round up and down to the closest 15 minute increment, if you go over your projected time to be at the hotel or under it, you can loose money fast. I lost 2.5 hours of pay in about three weeks of work. Stay away!

    Advice to Management

Streamline! You don't need seventeen department heads who can't run anything independently. Your hotel is an absolute joke and I am soured on the Lexington brand because of it.
