    Pros

Nice relaxed environment. Working with great group of intelligent people. Work–life balance. Unlimited vacation.

    Cons

Printers are becoming a commodity and for the whole company focusing on one product (printers) doesn't give me a good feeling.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Lexmark International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Truly awesome technical people in Engineering and R&D, challenging work, employees are treated well.

    Cons

The future for Lexmark seems uncertain. Lexmark didn't evolve quickly enough to diversify properly, leaving the company in a precarious position.

    Advice to Management

Not sure there's anything to be done now about the future of the company, but continue to treat employees well, give them as much opportunity as possible, and they'll give their best in return until the risk of staying becomes too great.
