    Pros

You get paid weekly, employees are fun to work with.

    Cons

Not many opportunities for career advancements, especially for women. You can count on your check most likely being incorrect than correct. They take too long to pay commission, & bonuses. All paperwork has to be sent to their corporate office in NJ. No direct deposit, do not pay time & a half when you work on holidays. Terrible phone system. They like to make their own rules.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together

    Pros

You get a paycheck. Good place to start if your are interested in the auto industry.

    Cons

Honest, hard working people are not valued. They do not give bonuses or raises but you are expected to give 110%.This establishment is not a place where you want to develop your career. They create an environment where you cannot trust your peers or managers. The sad thing is they actually have some dedicated individuals who are disappointed on how the business is operated. Computer systems and machinery is out of date.

    Advice to Management

Nothing. They never listen unless it's directly about them.
