    Pros

Flexible schedule, good location. Easy parking, ok working station. Mostly clean. Finally cleaner bathrooms.

    Cons

Lack of leadership from CTO, CIO, Directors. The working policy of current CIO is don't involve me unless you need me. The working Policy of the old CIO is your hired for this but you do it all experience or lack there of. Training none, salary stagnant. Culture, they speak of improvements but none yet. Who does what job no one knows and constantly has to ask unless you learn from word of mouth. Don't know if you will have a job tomorrow. List goes on.

    Advice to Management

Learn who your future leaders are with humility and perhaps things will change.

I worked at Liberty Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Exciting company with coworkers all over the world. A lot of opportunity for community involvement.

    Cons

Challenging inter-departmental and inter-office politics. HR seems stymied as to resolution.

    Advice to Management

Setting up committee after committee and mandating meetings is pointless if there is no follow through or support when change is suggested.

I worked at Liberty Global full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They offer free breakfast and lunch at there Denver headquarters. Offer light rail pass or paid parking pass in building across the street. Gym in building with exercise classes. Every salaried employee in U.S. Receives 30% equity tier. (Not all available to all in European markets) Offers upper tier to retain employees or incentivies

    Cons

Management teams struggle to relate to employees. Ability to developer and motivate employees is non existent. If you have a family don't expect to be at home. Terrible work life balance. No team comraderie, really fake people with no social skills. Don't care about developing employees but will use negativity to bring you down and use intimidation instead of kindness which results in a unhealthy and negative culture. Don't let the benefits fool you that it's a great place to work. They are trying to overcompensate for how bad they treat others and what a toxic culture they have.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to motivate, develope and treat employees. You always need to treat others with respect. Friendship and kindness isn't earned it's expected

    Pros

Good balance, some smart people, and decent benefits. Pay was higher than others as it is a an American company in a lot of ways.

    Cons

Tech is definitely not a core business unit. Projects aren't very ambitious and you get a lot of the traditional bureaucracy.
