I have been working at Liberty Global as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Where to begin--so many great things about the company, the leadership, and the office. Great company culture. Executives are fully engaged with the employees and seem to take a real interest in employee welfare. Even as an intern, I feel as if everyone I work for is vested in my success. It is a great feeling.

    Cons

None so far. I guess better pay, but I am paid a fair wage so I can't really complain.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Engage employees, keep up the benefits (cafeteria, gym, etc.).
