    Good pay, friendly atmosphere - everyone seem to be pretty happy over there.

    As a new starter, pretty much no one can help except the intranet.

    Beautiful office. Fantastic benefits and great location. Onsite company gym, café that serves breakfast and lunch daily.

    Cons

    none I can think of.. that is pretty incredible.

    continue to engage with all levels of employees with clear direction and path to succeed with company.

    I have been working at Liberty Global as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Where to begin--so many great things about the company, the leadership, and the office. Great company culture. Executives are fully engaged with the employees and seem to take a real interest in employee welfare. Even as an intern, I feel as if everyone I work for is vested in my success. It is a great feeling.

    Cons

    None so far. I guess better pay, but I am paid a fair wage so I can't really complain.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing. Engage employees, keep up the benefits (cafeteria, gym, etc.).

    Pros

    A great company to work for and the they have good organisational structure in place. Managers are very friendly and helpful. I had the opportunity to learn a lot of the new technologies by joining the forums that takes place on a weekly basis.

    Cons

    The on boarding process has room for improvement

    Great senior management, good perks and interesting work.

    There were very few....the offices were not very central..

    Pros

    Upon arrival you understand that everything has been thought off in terms of making sure the employee feels at home and comfortable. A great work environement where everyone is very helpful and where management supports you and also trust that you will do the job to the best of your ability.
    Amazing location, amazing offices, great people and fantasit career opportunities.

    Cons

    With the legacy of being a traditional M&A growth orientated business, the company could do with some improvement in terms of systems and admin but having reached a certain business maturity, LG is currently working towards a more strategic alignement.

    Advice to Management

    - Consolidates and communicates the Liberty Global Values.
    - GIve exposure to who's doind what within the company, job shadowing to understand the different priorities.
    - Accentuate external PR communications to drive organisational pride
