I worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, fair salary, and pleasant work environment. It was a good experience to work for this company. If you can handle sales for many years, this is a great place.

    Cons

If you start at Liberty Mutual in any sales-related role the opportunity to change careers within the company is zero.

    Advice to Management

Please offer more support to hard working employees who may be interested in claims or other non-sales roles within the company. You may be losing the very best people!
