    Engineers are well taken care of and the pay is great for a two weeks on two weeks off rotation

    Cons

    Operations department has taken to many engineering responsibilities and this has caused a competence issue with quality control and quality assurance.

    Executives have created an amazing atmosphere and team culture, and truly care about each and every employee. Going to work every day at LOS was fun because of the leadership and company camaraderie.

    Cons

    No cons specific to LOS. Just a hard industry that sometimes is impossible to maintain success in.
