      Best Place to Work

      Pros

It's cliche, but it is literally a family and a pleasure to go to work everyday with such well aligned and happy people.

      Cons

The oilfield in general can be cyclical

Once a small, fun company, now a big public company.

      Pros

The benefits are outstanding. Beer taps in the breakroom speak to the culture of fun and uniqueness that they build on, with consistent emphasis on their people being their most valuable asset.

      Cons

The culture and work experience is driven by individual department managers, some of whom are less fun and supportive than others. Success and promotion are not based on any objective criteria, and salaries are low.

      Pros

2 and 2 schedule, great people, and overall decent culture.

      Cons

The company has been slowly in decline it seems, but hopefully has gotten through the worst of it. Pay could be more competitive.

Not what it used to be...

      Pros

Great people in the field. Enjoy the work, the benefits are really good. Fun environment.

      Cons

Took away 2 weeks pay while also rearranging pay periods to cut overtime.. After giving hefty raises- but in the end employees are making 10-20% LESS than before. Liberty took away the many things that drew quality people to them and kept them there. Now it seems like it is all about lining the highest ups pockets and not about a good environment and happy employees- who travel thousands of miles and miss half their lives to be loyal to this company. All for basically a big eff you from the powers that be. But hey they get every holiday with their families- nevermind the peons who do the hard work. They forgot who they are and its really unfortunate. Many people are quitting and looking for work elsewhere. Lots of good employees figuring out they are giving a lot and losing too much (personal/family) to continue with a company who obviously doesn't value what they sacrifice. I hope the CEO and his buds know how big of jerks they are. Sending videos of themselves toasting a beer to the hard workers out there while in their jammies at home on Christmas eve with their families. They are tasteless.

      Pros

Great mentality from all office personal, laid back and inviting.

      Cons

You become part of a group rather than being considered an individual. Not much upward mobility in your career.

      Pros

Benefits for engineers and 2 and 2 schedule

      Cons

The constant change in operation and favoritism within ops slow down production. Should value talents more.
