I worked at Liberty Oilfield Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Paid rotation(2 weeks on 2 weeks off) pay cycle aligned with rotation full 80 hours off paid, also paid travel. HR very helpful and responsive. Room for growth, work hard and you can earn it.

    Cons

Some co workers think they own the place bossing people around and taking advantage of their ignorance. Very challenging to get your foot in the door.

I have been working at Liberty Oilfield Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

2&2 schedule with PTO. Anything else good comes from the corporate level, which means infrequently.

    Cons

Odessa district is horribly mismanaged. It's a worse version of Sanjel with Liberty trucks. Calls are often made to corporate regarding theft of daily perdiem. Morale is usually low. We are constantly told how replaceable we are and the many ways we will get fired or written up. Great supervisors are fired or quit. They only seem to promote using the brown nose system. Many of those promoted to supervisor can't even do the job, but that doesn't seem to matter. Good employees are sometimes put in menial positions simply because they think for themselves. Any complaints are answered with talk about the Liberty way, but when asked, then can't tell you what that way is. I'm pretty sure if things were done the Liberty way, most would be happy. I am ONLY speaking for this district.

    Advice to Management

Corporate, where are you!? I can't hold out much longer.

I have been working at Liberty Oilfield Services full-time

    Pros

Hands down, the best work schedule. Two weeks on two weeks paid time off. Quarterly bonus incentives.

    Cons

You will naturally spend more money on your off days due to being home for two weeks.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work of perpetuating a culture that encourage and motivate employees to be and do their best.
