    Great pay Great benefits Great work life balance Great opportunities for growth

    Cons

    I mean there is a lot of work to do while you are at work, but that is to be expected with any new company. People will complain but you need to be ready.

    Advice to Management

    They hire young people who have not really been in these positions before and that is hard to deal with at times. There are some great leaders that are young but some of them do not know about their position enough.

    Sometimes get the odd customers that are rude and disrespectful, but can't change this and just have to smile and move forward
