    I have been working at Life Care Centers of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Excellent rehab and clinical programs. Although I am a current employee I was also a resident in one of the centers. I cannot express how caring the staff was. I am proud to be part of such a wonderful organization.

    Cons

    there can be some long commute times

    Let everyone know how great we really are

    Benefits package is good, must work 32 hrs/wk to be eligable

    Facilities constantly short staffed.
    Corporate attitude focused on making the most money from each resident/patient rather than providing quality care
    Buildings have unhappy/unfriendly staff

    The residents are amazing, that’s about it

    Cons

    Management is not fair at all, very micromanaging, gossipy, don’t take you seriously, over worked for pay BIG TIME, very unhappy there but stayed for residents mainly.. finally had to quit I couldn’t take it anymore
