    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Life Care Centers of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Low 80% productivity, never been "talked to" for going 1-2% lower in 3 years, good benefits, great facility, company provides you with what you need, competitive pay, flexible schedule, excellent staff, very positive place to work, never work off the clock, never bring work home, always enough hours

    Cons

Corporate likes to make changes that sometimes aren't needed. But overall not terrible. I guess no one really likes change.

They did recently take away our $750 CEU reimbursement, but they are "in process" of getting a deal with a CEU company like MedBridge.

    No 401K match

Had to wait 1 year for vacation time

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! I love my job!

I have been working at Life Care Centers of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fun coworkers, good atmosphere, care about residents.

    Cons

Benefits are lacking: no employer match, healthcare is soso. Hourly employee's hours are cut if there are not enough residents at the facility (something we have no control over). Updates to interior of facilities are minimal.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees and facilities.

    Pros

Bigger facility, up to date software, nationally recognized, pay is resonable but still low. Able to transfer into admin position if willing to apply.

    Advice to Management

Be competitive in pay with other employers and that will keep your employees happier and will keep them longer with your company
