    Pros

Pros: they do not hold you back a week on pay. We get paid every week. They put me in a workplace that is up for hire if they like you. Great way to get my foot in the door.

    Cons

    No negatives as of yet!

    Pros

-Very flexible if you communicate ahead of times your needs
-Easy access to Senior Management because everyone is connected throughout the country
-MANY opportunities for advancement, especially if you don't mind to travel
    -Fun, fast paced environment
-Perfect company to gain HR experience

    Cons

-I don't even know if this is a con or not, but during peak times there will be times where a longer work week is needed to provide exceptional coverage for clients. This isn't any different than any other professional setting though.

    Pros

The sky is the limit with regards to advancement. For those who are interested in gaining knowledge, being mentored by senior knowledge keepers, building their professional network and working for a great team, this is the job for you!

    Cons

In seasonal/peak times, there can be a need to work extra hours. This is similar to a lot of other professional industries.

    Advice to Management

    Keep Growing!

I worked at Life Style Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Unlimited vacation time
    Flexible schedule
    Great pay
Great experience for someone, like myself, who wanted to get into Human Resources. I increased my network of other professionals, which eventually lead me to land my dream job in HR.
Great internal staff. I have established many great professional and personal relationships with the staff, not only in Ohio, but all over.

    Cons

Hours can be a bit much for some. Sometimes 55-60 hours were worked during the holiday season, but was great overtime for the paycheck.

    Advice to Management

    More travel opportunities!

I have been working at Life Style Staffing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Flexibility
    - Opportunity for Travel and Room for Growth
    - Fun, Upbeat, Action-Packed Work Environment
    - Competitive Pay and Bonuses
    - Perfect for entry-level HR field experience
    - Growing company means a lot of opportunity

    Cons

I really don't have any complaints, but this line of work does require all of us to commit to working more hours than the average job. Then again, the staffing industry in general typically requires a person to commit to working extended hours day-to-day and sometimes on weekends and/or holidays. If you're not interested in diving into something and committing yourself to the bigger picture, then this is not the job or field for you. On that note, you might not want to look into being a doctor, lawyer, business owner, or President of the United States either.

    Advice to Management

    Stay the course.

I have been working at Life Style Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Very quick decision making!
    - Small company, but this is a plus because senior management is available for immediate assistance with any and all questions.
    - Lots of Freedom. This is a good and bad thing. Good for the company because it makes you as an employee feel empowered to drive the success of your site, bad for the employee because there is potential to NOT do your job and that negatively effects the company.
    - Fast Interview and hiring process for Account Coordinators.
    - They value hard workers.

****My advice to all the former people who complained about management not caring about you, well, you probably should have cared about your job a little more****

    Cons

    - Finding quality candidates in a smaller localized market can be difficult.

    Advice to Management

    - Keep doing what you are doing! I like the Freedom and the ability to succeed in my role here.
    - Due to the fluctuating hours in some markets, Salary instead of hourly, could be a good way to instill a sense of value in your front-line employees.

    Pros

    None. Kind of rude.

    Cons

Unprofessional . Spelling errors on their online application.

    Advice to Management

Learn to spell, and do not be rude when someone points out your errors. Your are not perfect. When the errors were pointed out to them they were very rude. This is a company who gauges people's skills and they have spelling errors in their online application. Good Grief. Very unprofessional. Very indifferent. Much better employment agency's out there.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Life Style Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you want hours and you want to get large over time pay checks and don't mind what kind of work you are doing this is the place for you. There is a lot of freedom to mess around when you're working in the office and everything is done, happens very rarely...

    Cons

Upper management does not care about you at all, they may pretend like it, they may say some things that makes you think otherwise, but they don't really care. As soon as they leave the office they won't respond to your calls, texts or emails, but if you ignore them for even a minute expect to be lectured. Long hours, when I first started they literally said "we work until everything is done for the day". Usually that meant from 7am to 6 or 7pm often times until 8 or 9 as well. Monday-Friday, with Saturdays a very high possibility.

    Advice to Management

Care about your people more than money.
