    I believe Life Time is a great place to work once out of college or if you're looking to grow your career Everyone is willing to help and cares about your growth in the company

    Cons

    Due to the health & wellness industry always changing, some of the things you can deal with here may be challenging Work/Life balance can be a bit challenging

    Can't sit down while working the front desk. Should pay employees more since they are so "luxurious."

    Benifits, GM’s treat you like garbage, false promises, toxic culture, never get weekends off, stand all day, everyone gossips… no more commission for sales people. Push personal training down members throats. They make you have a robotic personality.
